In these types of cases, our primary objective is always to keep the student offense off your record. We will first attempt to have the charges dismissed. If that doesn't work, we will fight for reduced charges. It is important to note that in many cases, minor convictions can be removed (expunged) from your record in one year. Whenever possible and necessary, we can help that happen.
